Registration Form, Parental Consent Form & Multiple Event Entry Option

and send in your completed form and cheque to the County Union Office.

After Registration you will be able to sign up to each event on-line (no facility for multiple entries - I'm afraid).

Each event will be available to enter on-line 10/11 weeks before the date.

There is a facility within the Registration Form to enter multiple events, accompanied by a cheque for the full amount.

Please read the Conditions within the document or call the County Union Office if you have any doubt.

Competition Dates & Practice Details

* Badgemore Park have an Adult Twilight Rate of £20.00
** Donnington Grove Adult rate is variable, please ring for details.
*** The Berkshire Practice arrangement is restricted to 3 days only at above rate. Wednesday 1st and Friday August 3rd after 3pm two balls only.
Thursday 2nd August after 3pm three or four balls only.
