Southern Counties Seniors Foursomes
A disappointing end to the season for the Seniors as they lost in the final to Kent at North Wilts on 20th October. After a good win against Norfolk in the semi-final we could not carry our form through to the afternoon and went down 1-4 to a very good Kent side.

EGU/SE Group Final
A disappointing last match in charge for County Captain - Craig Buttivant - as the side went down 5-7 in the EGU South East League Final at Liphook on 16th October. A lead looked likely after the morning foursomes but we were pegged back to 2-2 before Surrey took control of the top singles games to establish a big lead that we could never quite recover from. A big thank you to Craig for all his hard work during 6 years in charge, firstly of the Colts and finally as County Captain.

At Stoke Park Club on 2nd July we could only manage 2nd place, finishing 6 shots behind Surrey. The Colts had a fine win over Hertfordshire at Brocket Hall on 4th June. A clean sweep in the morning foursomes should have ensured a comfortable win. However, despite the final result being 8-4 there were times when it seemed we would not cross the finish line. We now lead the North of the Thames League.
