Each club assigns a "Voting Member" to represent their club within the county. If you are interested in the work we do, and want to "give back" to this great sport, why not speak to your Club Manager and see if they have already assigned a person to that role?
Alternatively, we are always looking for volunteers to help with running our events. We find it really fulfilling to give young golfers the opportunity to progress and prove themselves in our events. We are sure you would too! From starters to referees - we need people to help our events feel special.
Another way to give back, especially if you have a special skill, is via being a Board member. We have a Board comprising of 9 people and each year one or two members are required to join the Board. We enjoy the opportunity to develop amateur golf within the county and get a real kick out of meeting and watching some of the best amateur golfers in the country - some of which will go on to be household names.
