John Kemp (Woburn) had an emphatic win at Sonning in the 82nd Amateur Championship. After many years as a Bedfordshire player, John moved to become qualified for BB&O last year. His 11 under par total for 4 rounds was 8 better than his nearest rivals. Lindsey-Ben Woolford also from Woburn just edged out Andrew Lynch (Syoke Park) on countback to take the runners-up spot.
